Sopho Nizharadze was a guest on journalist Vika Bukia’s authorial show. In recent years, the popular Georgian singer rarely talks about her personal life and does not often visit television shows – which is precisely why this interview garnered great attention.
In the show, Sopho Nizharadze dedicated a lot of time to talking about her daughter, Alice-Maria Saakashvili, her relationship with family members – grandmothers, father, brothers:
“Aliska has a relationship with her brothers, mostly with the older brother. Nikusha is always gone and traveling. When Eduard comes [visits], he has been to our place several times and he is a very warm and good person.
She also has a very friendly relationship with Giuli, and she always wants to share her news and achievements with her; she is an incredibly devoted grandmother.
Alisa has Misha’s impatience, and I would remove that from her traits, and from myself, I would add restraint and the ability to tolerate. Because due to impatience, Misha makes many mistakes. She also has Misha’s hot-headedness, and I would remove this as well. The good thing in which she resembles Misha is that she can easily apologize to you.
Despite many difficulties that I still have around me today, I am happy that I have Alisa. I have the main happiness, and this is the merit of all that, the past life and pain, therefore I would not change anything. I am resentful towards very many people, of course, I have had resentment with Misha too, but I remember much more good, so this is the moment about which I will only talk with him, when the time for this comes, I believe. Or maybe, at a certain age, I might write memoirs. There I will definitely write about my moods and feelings. When people think they know everything and in reality know nothing, right here a bestseller will be born,” – said Sopho Nizharadze on Vika Bukia’s show while talking about her daughter, Alice Maria Saakashvili.
